die US Army hat am 14.6. eine neue Version ihres Field Manuals
"Operations" veröffentlicht. Die Version "FM 3-0" ersetzt das alte
Field Manual 100-5.
In Kapitel 11 geht es ausschliesslich um "Information Superiority".
