eNGENUITY Technologies' STAGE Software

    MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 2002--eNGENUITY Technologies Inc., 
(TSE:EGY), a leading supplier of collaborative engineering tools for the smart engineering 
over the Web of high-reliability systems, today announced that an order was received 
from Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) for their STAGE software.
    STAGE is a simulation framework that allows complex simulation environments to be 
built quickly using an intuitive GUI (Graphical User Interface). STAGE is extensible and 
configurable, providing the ability to integrate existing user models/simulations and 
customize the user interface. In addition, STAGE is a flexible platform for the creation of 
simulation and training applications and is also ideally suited for avionics evaluation, test 
and integration tasks.
    The Information Warfare Group at Lockheed Martin's Ft. Worth site will deploy STAGE 
in several of their future classified programs and applications.
