It is a "Fach-begriff", just the terminology for a seperate network
controlled by the firewall but with a different security policy, e.g.
webservers that are allowed to be approached from the outside but
shall be under security scrutiny of the firewall, while direct access
to other internal systems is prohibited by the firewall.
Some people are starting to call this the "co-operative zone".
