Meeting of the Technology and Privacy Advisory Committee
SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given of a forthcoming partially closed
meeting of
the Technology and Privacy Advisory Committee (TAPAC). The purpose of
the
meeting is for presentation of interest and discussion concerning the
legal and
policy considerations, including those of privacy, implicated by the
application of advanced information technologies to counter-terrorism
and
counter-intelligence missions. The majority of the meeting will be open
to
the public.
DATES: Monday, July 21, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday, July 22, 9 a.m. to
4 p.m.
The meeting will be closed to discuss classified information Monday from
4?
5, and to discuss organizational and administrative matters from 3?4 on
Tuesday.
