  er sagt, wir hatten keine economic option, was wohl eher auf ein embargo
gemuenzt klingt. Allerdings passt das auch, weil das Embrago ist 12 Jahre
auf betreiben der Amis so harsch gehalten worden. Oelschmuggel war an der
Tagesordnung, Geld gab's auch durch die Food4oil programme. Embrago war
also keine zielfuehrende Option. Anders bei den Koreaner, die in den
letzten 30 jahren immer wieder Raketendrohungen gegen Reissaecke getauscht
haben und dass mitlerweile wohl als normales Mittel der Staatsfinanzierung
betrachten.
