[infowar.de] Network Transformation 2003 Conference: Brussels 3-4 Dec 2003
Infowar.de, http://userpage.fu-berlin.de/~bendrath/liste.html
-------------------------------------------------------------

Whilst Network-Centric Warfare and Network-enabled technologies now
offer the opportunity to leverage information superiority by delivering
crucial knowledge to widely dispersed forces, having a well-informed
force is not enough to achieve decision dominance. Enabling forces to
act rapidly, precisely and decisively on their knowledge, requires
changes in the way military operations are operated, conducted,
commanded and equipped.
2nd - 4th December 2003, Metropole Hotel, Brussels, Belgium
Network Transformation is Europe's largest and most in-depth
transformation conference, with an international speaker faculty of 35
experts who, through focused case studies and panel discussions, will
identify the changes to process, doctrine and technology that must be
affected in order to achieve effects-based operations, leverage
network-centric warfare, conduct information ops and shorten the
sensor-to-shooter link through exploiting information networks.
